Our Attorneys

Attorney Goyke received his juris doctor from the University of Wisconsin in 1988 and is admitted to practice in the federal courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin and the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals, United States Tax Court, and before the Supreme Court of the United States and is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin. He concentrates his practice in bankruptcy (primarily representing debtors in all chapters of bankruptcy, but also creditor side, committee representation, and occasional work for trustees) and resolution of financial problems. He is an avid curler and has served as secretary of the Wausau Curling Club for 29 years and counting.

Attorney Martell received her juris doctor from Marquette University Law School, cum laude, in 2021 and is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin. She focuses her practice on probate, trust administration, elder law, guardianships, estate planning, and business entity formation.

Attorney Tillisch received his bachelor of arts from the University of Wisconsin in 1981, and his juris doctor in 1984 and is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin.
